Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger root
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash red pepper flakes
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic, green onions, basil, black pepper and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until well blended.
