Recipe Basil Puree

Ingredients
1 bunch basil, leaves picked from stems
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Directions
Make a paste by crushing basil leaves and salt with a mortar and pestle. Stir in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
